”Z” EMBOSSING is a corrugation technology using a proprietary ”Z” type embossing, which creates deep shadows between the modules. This ensures that the covering presents a unique, dynamic form in all lighting conditions. The shadow of the embossing makes horizontal joints between the sheets less visible. This has a major impact on the aesthetics of the roof covering.

To avoid the effect of pushing the overlapping sheets out at the connection of four sheets, the modular roof tiles IZI use the cut-out at the bottom rib corner. It helps to avoid the overlapping of four layers of sheets at the connection point and makes the roofing perfectly f lat. Moreover, specially shaped profile of extreme ribs enables perfect matching of the sheets without visible longitudinal joints.

Many years of studying existing coatings and monitoring customer needs, with particular emphasis on the needs of roofers, have allowed us to condense so many different advantages into one product. A 35 μm-thick coating that has very high corrosion and UV resistance (RC4/RUV4). Its visual feature is its grained structure.
